Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping with the Goodruby Christian Bookstore!


At check-out, you will have the option to pick up your purchase in the store or have us ship it to you. When you only purchase books and Bibles, we're able to send your order via Media Mail to save money, so we'll pass the savings on to you. If you order anything else, or if you want a quicker shipping method, we also offer Priority Mail.

All of our shipping options are flat-rate so that you don't have to worry about increased shipping when you add more to your order.

If you need something shipped to a prison, please let us know in advance. Frequently the prison requires that items be sent directly from the publisher, so we will need to work out the details with you. If everything being purchased is from the same publisher, you will usually be able to use the Priority Mail option at the normal rate.


If you need to return something due to a defect, please contact us via email, and we'll work with you to make it right.

If you are making a return for any other reason, please read our return policy below:

  • Anything that has been personalized or ordered specifically for you (that we did not have in stock) is only able to be returned if there is a problem with the item upon receipt.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
  • To make a return, you must have your receipt (paper or email) OR you can use your driver's license or other ID with your name if you paid with a credit card or gave us your name when you made the purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • All items being returned must be in new condition in original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Returns without a receipt or past the 30 day return window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If they are accepted, the refund will be issued as an account credit that you can use in the store at that time or for any future purchase.
  • Clearance and seasonal items are non-returnable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded (unless, of course, if there was a problem with your order!)
